The Giuseppe Locati Lectures Project

It is a series of cultural conferences promoted by the Associazione Culturale Giuseppe Locati APS.

The initiative was created to promote interdisciplinary thought and to foster dialogue between science, art, philosophy and society. Each edition offers events open to the public, both in person and online, with contributions from distinguished speakers and the active participation of numerous Italian universities.

Within the Lectures is the Locati Award, a national competition open to holders of a master's degree under the age of 35. Participants are invited to submit an unpublished and original essay on an interdisciplinary theme, evaluated by a scientific jury. The award consists of a monetary prize, the publication of the work and an opportunity for visibility and exchange during the public event.

The project, which is free and accessible, aims to strengthen the role of culture as a space for individual and collective growth, to value young talent and to stimulate critical thinking through dialogue between the disciplines.
